Privacy
We do not share or sell your personal details to any third-parties. For the purposes of fulfilling a book order, we only collect your name, address and contact details. PayPal securely processes your payment on our behalf, but we do not have access to your payment card details or your PayPal account. You can read PayPal’s privacy policy here.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Any UK credit or debit card can be used, or if you already have a PayPal account you can pay using that.
Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your PayPal Transaction ID, to orders@bellajanson.co.uk.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund. You are responsible for the return postage costs and these will not be refunded unless we sent the item to you in error or it arrived faulty. Items must be returned in the condition received. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Refunds
Refunds will only be made using the same payment method originally used to purchase. The refund will be made as soon as possible after we receive the item back.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 3 business days of the order being placed. We will notify you by email of any delays. The book weighs 1.5kg and measures 28cm (w) x 29cm (h). Single books are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. For economy, two books are sent separately via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. Three books are sent via Royal Mail Express48 service.
